Our client’s admins spent an average of 3+ full days each month manually configuring the LMS, with even more time required ahead of quarterly assignment cycles. Due to Cornerstone’s limit of 10 criteria per dynamic group, managing RQI for such a large population meant juggling multiple groups, which further increased complexity.
This complexity led to issues at the end of each quarter, where dynamic groups didn’t process all users as expected, resulting in missed assignments at the start of the new quarter.
