His commitment to excellent customer service is a cornerstone of sustainable growth, making eSkillz a trusted partner in the HCM/LMS industry. With a focus on fostering an integrity-driven culture, Don’s impact on the company is significant. He splits his time between Laguna Beach, CA, and Washington, D.C., where he enjoys surfing when possible.
Melissa Guerra
Melissa Guerra is an entrepreneur and a driving force at eSkillz, where she has scaled the company into one of Inc. 5000’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies. With 30 years in solution delivery in HCM and learning technologies, she helps organizations translate strategy into performance and business results. Her commitment to customer service, combined with her passion for a people-centric culture, has shaped eSkillz’s growth; driving innovation, expanding partnerships, and earning a reputation for delivering high-impact solutions powered by an extraordinary team. Melissa is a proud cancer survivor and most happy surrounded by family, friends, fiesta, wine and cheese.
Tina Renee Salyer
Tina co-founded eSkillz in 2007 and has been the driving force behind its success for over 17 years. Her focus on creating operational efficiency and supporting a great leadership team has helped eSkillz grow into the leading provider of employee development solutions in the HCM/LMS space. A Purdue graduate with a degree in Advertising & Marketing Communications, Tina is dedicated to making eSkillz the best in the industry. Her passion for excellence is clear in everything she does, from daily operations to long-term strategic planning.
Maya Biggs
Maya Biggs has played a pivotal role in eSkillz’s growth driving strategic expansion, operational excellence, and customer success. With extensive leadership and sales experience in the enterprise software and services space, Maya brings a deep understanding of implementation, optimization, and solutions delivery. Her ability to enhance organizational efficiency and align resources with eSkillz’s strategic priorities has been instrumental in advancing the company’s mission and ensuring client outcomes. Maya is committed to building and mentoring high-performing teams and driving growth while cultivating long-lasting client partnerships with a customer-centric, consultative approach. Outside of work, Maya enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, and spending time with her family.
Josh Rogers
Josh Rogers, a self-starter with over 20 years of experience, specializes in project management and learning management system (LMS) implementations. He founded Open Jar Media in 2004, offering IT consulting and custom software development to various clients. In his role at eSkillz, Josh leads a talented team of designers, engineers, and IT specialists who solve client problems and deliver outstanding customer service. Based outside of Chicago, he balances work and family life while keeping up with his three teenagers involved in band, volleyball, and soccer.

Kristina Lemons is the Senior Vice President of Operations & HR at eSkillz, with over 15 years of experience driving people and operational strategy. She is known for aligning talent, operations, and business goals to deliver measurable results, including global talent initiatives and M&A support. Kristina leads enterprise-wide HR and operations efforts, partnering with executives to scale the organization and build high-performing teams. Based in Michigan, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, camping, and cheering on their sporting events.
Nacho Marín Alonso
Nacho, founder of Plehnia, brings more than 20 years of experience helping large organizations grow through cutting-edge technologies. He now leads the expansion eSkillz into Spain, Southern Europe, and Latin America, shaping the next phase of the company’s global growth. Focused on delivering value and excellence in human capital management, he champions technologies that combine reliability with continuous innovation. He is committed to creating an environment where the team feels supported and able to make a meaningful impact. Nacho is dynamic and athletic, dividing his time between his children and his love of paddle tennis and mountain biking.

Alma Damadzic began her career at the United States Tennis Association before joining eSkillz in 2016. With over 20 years of experience in project management and learning development, she excels in delivering top-notch support to clients. Starting as a Program Manager, Alma now leads a team of experts in various roles, balancing client needs with executives’ visions. Her leadership promotes a collaborative environment with open communication. A passionate tennis player, Alma enjoys attending different tennis events and traveling with her family to explore new places together.

His expertise includes managing IT services and software engineering teams, along with information security. As the Director of IT, Kenny focuses on scaling IT solutions within eSkillz and enhancing internal help desk operations while ensuring security and compliance across systems. He lives outside Atlanta with his wife, and they both enjoy gaming and visiting amusement parks together.

Gene Fulcher is a seasoned expert in human capital and workforce transformation with over 25 years of experience advising Fortune 200 companies and leading talent strategies. His background spans education, counseling, and executive leadership, including roles with boutique firms and a Big Four consultancy. Gene specializes in strategy, human performance improvement, and organizational growth. Based in Atlanta, he’s a proud father of two grown children, a fitness enthusiast, and an avid football and baseball fan.
