We have skilled administrators on the OMG team, but limited knowledge of site design. What we love most about the Oracle Taleo Learn system is the freedom it allows in designing a highly customized user experience through use of visuals and custom pages. We have many companies within our larger company, so it is critical that we are able to make quick changes to images, logos, colors, etc. and update content in a timely manner after our live events and workshops.

Our consultant, Hameed, is always able to quickly help us edit sections or upload new content for us. When we’re not sure what we want or need, eSkillz has a deep library of examples of what other clients have done or how they have solved for similar challenges, so we always have options for our presentation.

The Learning & Development team at OMG has become a center of excellence for housing resources and content. Leaders and departments are aware that we are able to post new content very quickly and lean on us to create pages and libraries, as they always know we can turn it around fast. We’ve also partnered with agencies within OMG to craft custom experiences for their populations, since we’ve been able to create “LearnCenters within LearnCenters” through sophisticated design work by eSkillz.
