Clarion has a unique external customer population of over 200 fire/EMS organizations, each with distinct user bases that require personalized home pages tailored to reflect their specific branding.
The content and information on these home pages were consistent across all departments, but the branding at the top of the page needed to be customized to each branch. This posed a significant challenge for Clarion; while Docebo offers the ability to manually create a limited number of individual Home pages per branch, the effort involved is time-consuming and inefficient, particularly as Clarion onboards new customers weekly. Accommodating basic branding changes, such as logos, for each department was critical, but Clarion sought a streamlined solution to swiftly implement department-specific branding, reducing the need for extensive page management and eliminating unnecessary overhead from the onboarding process.

eSkillz engineered a custom Branded Banner application that seamlessly integrates with Docebo. Empowering administrators, the solution offers granular control through a configuration page and app dashboard, facilitating effortless management of branded banner images across branches.
Administrators can designate a default image for universal display or personalize settings for individual branches by uploading new banners via a streamlined interface. With built-in editing features for cropping and rotation, administrators can fine-tune images directly within the application, enhancing efficiency. Sparing admins the need to create multiple Home pages per branch, the application displays a tailored banner image on a singular Home page based on each user’s branch affiliation. This dynamic functionality ensures that users receive the appropriate banner image in real time, even as they transition between branches, facilitating a seamlessly personalized experience.

Upon logging into the Clarion site, users are greeted with a custom-branded banner tailored to their Fire/EMS department, delivering a personalized touch that fosters a sense of belonging and assurance.
