Case Study: Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Successfully Launches New Performance Management Process

The Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Foundation ran into those same problems. The CF Foundation is a non-profit organization whose mission is to cure cystic fibrosis. They support all people with CF through groundbreaking research and drug development as well as advocating for the CF community.

After months of trying with mediocre results and only half of their performance management process built out, the CF Foundation began to look for another partner who could help them make their performance management process a success.
