He has developed successful sales teams for Fortune 50 companies like Fujitsu KnowledgePool and has played a key role in eSkillz's growth for over a decade. His commitment to excellent customer service is a cornerstone of sustainable growth, making eSkillz a trusted partner in the HCM/LMS industry. With a focus on fostering an integrity-driven culture, Don’s impact on the company is significant. He splits his time between Laguna Beach, CA, and Washington, D.C., where he enjoys surfing when possible.

Melissa Guerra has been a driving force at eSkillz since its inception over 15 years ago. With more than 20 years of service delivery experience, she excels in creating operational models that prioritize exceptional customer service. Melissa manages a diverse client portfolio, including state and federal government, ensuring their needs are met with excellence. Her leadership shapes the company vision and drives success for both customers and employees. When she’s not working, Melissa enjoys bicoastal living between San Antonio and the Potomac, balancing work and play beautifully.
Tina Renee Salyer
Tina co-founded eSkillz in 2007 and has been the driving force behind its success for over 17 years. Her focus on creating operational efficiency and supporting a great leadership team has helped eSkillz grow into the leading provider of employee development solutions in the HCM/LMS space. A Purdue graduate with a degree in Advertising & Marketing Communications, Tina is dedicated to making eSkillz the best in the industry. Her passion for excellence is clear in everything she does, from daily operations to long-term strategic planning.
Tim Crocker
Tim Crocker brings over 30 years of experience driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and leading operational execution across technology, SaaS, and growth-stage companies. He has held senior roles in global sales, business development, and interim executive leadership, consistently identifying revenue challenges and transforming them into scalable, structured growth. His approach is grounded in practical, results-oriented sales strategy and team development. Based in Orange County, Tim travels as needed to support his teams. Outside of work, he enjoys time with family, snow skiing, and beach days.
Nacho Marín Alonso
Nacho, founder of Plehnia, brings more than 20 years of experience helping large organizations grow through cutting-edge technologies. He now leads the expansion eSkillz into Spain, Southern Europe, and Latin America, shaping the next phase of the company’s global growth. Focused on delivering value and excellence in human capital management, he champions technologies that combine reliability with continuous innovation. He is committed to creating an environment where the team feels supported and able to make a meaningful impact. Nacho is dynamic and athletic, dividing his time between his children and his love of paddle tennis and mountain biking.

With extensive leadership and sales experience in the enterprise software and services space, Maya brings a deep understanding of implementation, optimization, and solutions delivery. Josh Rogers, a self-starter with over 20 years of experience, specializes in project management and learning management system (LMS) implementations. He founded Open Jar Media in 2004, offering IT consulting and custom software development to various clients. In his role at eSkillz, Josh leads a talented team of designers, engineers, and IT specialists who solve client problems and deliver outstanding customer service. Based outside of Chicago, he balances work and family life while keeping up with his three teenagers involved in band, volleyball, and soccer.

Kristina Lemons brings over 15 years of experience in human resources to her role as Vice President of HR at eSkillz. Kristina is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in driving talent strategies, organizational development, and employee engagement. At eSkillz, Kristina leads the HR function and partners with executive leadership to foster a culture of growth, inclusion, and operational excellence. Based in Michigan, Kristina enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. Outside of work, she loves family adventures, camping, and cheering on her kids at their sporting events.

He began his career at HP, designing hardware solutions for large corporations, before finding his passion in e-learning with K-12 education. His expertise includes managing IT services and software engineering teams, along with information security. As the Director of IT, Kenny focuses on scaling IT solutions within eSkillz and enhancing internal help desk operations while ensuring security and compliance across systems. He lives outside Atlanta with his wife, and they both enjoy gaming and visiting amusement parks together.
