Job Description:

eSkillz is looking for a Contracts Administrator to add to our Revenue Operations Department. In this role, you will collaborate with our Professional Services management team to closely monitor contract performance, compliance, funding, and payments. You will maintain contract records and respond to customer and vendor questions and requests. This role will interface with internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for defining, documenting, and following processes and procedures to manage vendor and customer relationships and procurement. In addition, you will work closely with the Business Development/Sales Division to draft legal contracts and/or agreements and provide guidance for open contract negotiations. This position will require you to fact-check information from outside contracts and research common contract law practices. This is a remote, work from home position.

eSkillz is looking for a HCM/LMS Administrator/Consultant to enhance our Cornerstone OnDemand team with a focus on the Learning (LMS) suite. As an Administrator/Consultant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and organization of the system including system maintenance, user accounts and permissions, site GUI, loading content, managing training deliverables, report building and other development of the system. Experience with implementation a major plus.

eSkillz is looking for a Cornerstone OnDemand HCM Suite Implementation Consultant to enhance our Cornerstone OnDemand Professional Services team. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be the functional lead for new CSOD system implementations, responsible for gathering client’s business and technical requirements, translating those requirements to CSOD system configurations, leading configuration workshops and training sessions, supporting client User Acceptance Testing and system deployment.
