Tina co-founded eSkillz in 2007 and has been the driving force behind its success for over 17 years. Her focus on creating operational efficiency and supporting a great leadership team has helped eSkillz grow into the leading provider of employee development solutions in the HCM/LMS space. A Purdue graduate with a degree in Advertising & Marketing Communications, Tina is dedicated to making eSkillz the best in the industry. Her passion for excellence is clear in everything she does, from daily operations to long-term strategic planning.

Josh Rogers, a self-starter with over 20 years of experience, specializes in project management and learning management system (LMS) implementations. He founded Open Jar Media in 2004, offering IT consulting and custom software development to various clients. In his role at eSkillz, Josh leads a talented team of designers, engineers, and IT specialists who solve client problems and deliver outstanding customer service. Based outside of Chicago, he balances work and family life while keeping up with his three teenagers involved in band, volleyball, and soccer.

Kristina Lemons joined eSkillz with over 12 years of HR experience. Starting as a National Recruiter in Detroit, she quickly moved up to HR strategy and executive leadership roles. Kristina has a knack for developing engaging HR processes and recruitment strategies that foster employee satisfaction. As the VP of Human Resources, she leads the HR function and manages the internal HR Management System. Kristina lives in Michigan with her husband and three kids, balancing her professional life with family adventures, including camping and attending her kids’ sports events on weekends.

Kenny Cohen joined eSkillz with over 20 years of IT management experience. He began his career at HP, designing hardware solutions for large corporations, before finding his passion in e-learning with K-12 education. His expertise includes managing IT services and software engineering teams, along with information security. As the Director of IT, Kenny focuses on scaling IT solutions within eSkillz and enhancing internal help desk operations while ensuring security and compliance across systems. He lives outside Atlanta with his wife, and they both enjoy gaming and visiting amusement parks together.
