How we do it

As a component of Live Support, eSkillz provides our clients with access to a proprietary, client-specific, Live Support chat classroom. Our classrooms are integrated directly into our client's existing application interface through a seamless link place strategically in the client's software application homepage, main navigation, and/or known problem area. Through that link, eSkillz Support Specialists are passed client-approved user data, which in turn allows them to quickly and efficiently recognize who they are and where they are within the client software application. This allows our Support Specialist to immediately dive into what the user’s specific problem is and resolve the problem quickly. Users can also gain access to eSkillz Live Support through email or a designated toll free number to ensure that support is made available for all learning styles.
