Utilizing Competition to Encourage Training Participation at Hoosier

Hoosier will provide an overview of their Safety Recognition Program and how it is configured in the Oracle Taleo Learn System. A variety of learning objects will be discussed including, assignments/gradebook, learning plans, forums, training offerings, etc. Hoosier Energy utilizes the assignments to track the collection of "safety points" Points are integrated into a dashboard to provide employees with a way to view total points and a "Safety All Stars" leaderboard. Employees are eligible to earn prizes based on point totals, which increases safety training participation.
